Shipping
We use DHL for national and international shipping. Delivery within
Europe usually takes 3-5 days and international delivery takes 15
days on average.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany incurs a flat fee of 4,90€, regardless of
size or weight of the order.
Returns within Germany are free. Deliveries within the EEC and
Switzerland cost 12€ per order and delivceries to the USA and
Canada cost 25€, while other international deliveries cost 30€ per
order.
For deliveries outside the EU, please be aware that customs or
import duties may apply, which you would have to cover. For further
information, please contact your local customs authority.
You also have the option of collecting your order from Burg &
Schild, Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 3, 10178 Berlin, from Monday to
Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00. Please give us at least 24 hours advance
notice, so that we can prepare your order.
Undeliverable Parcels
If we unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery
option, we will contact you, after another try it will be returned
to us.
Returns
Unworn products can be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs for
refund items in Germany are free. International shipping costs
depend from country to country. Please inform yourself at your local
post office and note that returns should be sent insured. If you
want to return an item, please send an e-mail to onlineshop@burgundschild.com
including your order number. We will send you a link to a returns
label, which you can print and place on the package and bring it to
the next DHL store.
Refund
As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, we refund the
money via the payment method you chose when placing your order.
Returns
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item for an exchange.
